Over two decades ago, I became involved in the Toronto luxury construction industry. It was then when I noticed that options available by developers in the industry were lacking in high-end Interior Design services. As a result, I collaborated with several Toronto developers to provide a higher level of quality service, control and interior selections for new luxury condominium projects under construction. Currently, we collaborate closely with purchasers and their interior designers when choosing suitable design choices for each purchaser’s individual style.

Our process begins by reviewing and adapting the purchaser’s design style to the layout. We collaborate closely with the purchaser, ensuring that each design is meeting their needs by successfully fulfilling their design vision. Our services include making layout revisions, suggesting material choices, coordinating colors, making electrical and lighting revisions, as well as implementing custom millwork in the design layout. Our team coordinates with construction in order to ensure changes are made correctly and efficiently always meeting construction deadlines. All this is done in an organized, timely manner respecting each purchaser’s professional and personal schedule.
